We generally work 9am to 6pm depending on workload, but of course this is a 24/7 business. We are available for emergencies at any time, night or day.
We guarantee to respond to all calls, messages or emails received before 9pm on the day of receipt. After 9pm, it will be done asap on the next day.
You will never have to wonder did your message get to us. Some issues requiring actions take longer, but you will know your issue will be dealt with. We will follow through and confirm actions that have been completed.
For our existing & potential customers we will make time to see you any day, but on Saturdays & Sundays, our traditionally busy days, preferably by appointment please.
