Our main services

The security of your property is important to us, will we keep your keys securely, one set in our keysafe the other in our large document safe. We take the added precaution of coding the keys so that the keys alone do not indicate the property they will open. 

Depending on your contract, we will visit your property either,  fortnightly, monthly or quarterly.  As owners, with some property managers, we were never sure if they were making the promised checks, for they rarely sent updates.

You will know that we are making the contracted property checks because not only will we send you a brief report every time but also a date-stamped photograph that you will recognise as being inside your property or a view clearly from your property.

If you are having any work done in your property or for example white goods delivered, we will provide accompanied access. 

We understand that one size doesn't fit all so we offer flexibility. 

Your contract with us can fit around your lifestyle, so, If you spend periods of 2 months or more in Spain, and won't need us, just contract us for when you are not in Spain.  

Example: you spend December/January & May/June in Spain,  don't pay us for those 4 months & your contract will cost two thirds of the annual fee.

During & after storms we will check your property asap especially to check for any leaks and water damage. We will contact you to let you know, either if all is well or if there is a problem. It is reassuring to know that your property is being looked after.

If you are unlucky enough to have damage, whether storm or otherwise, we are happy to work with your insurance company & any tradespeople for inspection or access and we can recommend people for work required should you wish.

You may not need us but if your friends or family come over we will meet them for you for a small fee.  

 It could be something you wish to surprise a partner or child with when they arrive, or it could be something you haven't room for in your luggage. 

Order or send small or medium sized parcels and we will collect them and leave them in your property and confirm they have arrived.

There are 3 contract :

1. Fortnightly Inspections
2. Monthly Inspections
3. Quarterly Inspections

Our advice is:

Fortnightly Inspections: you use your property for holidays, don't let it out for rental, but want a keyholder to check it fortnightly and be available when needed. You don't mind paying occasionally to have a meet & greet for friends or family (or have them pay). Pay for an occasional clean if you wish. Also if you like the idea of using our PO Box for deliveries so you know something has arrived and been looked after/delivered.

Monthly inspections: As above but you will be slightly more relaxed about how often you wish to have the property checked.

Quarterly Inspections: if you spend a lot of time here yourself but want to have someone available with your keys if needed and who will check your property quarterly and as on all our contracts, during severe weather. Depending on when you use your property we will be happy to schedule you inspections to suit you.

All services not included free in our contracts are still available to everyone, however when not included they are provided at additional cost. 

Your copy of the contract with us gives you a record of what is included and the cost of any additional services, should you wish them. You will also receive the full details of what each service includes, e.g. what we check on property inspections or exactly the process of what we do as an exit clean.

We adapt our contracts to your circumstances, only pay for what you want.
