We use this family business ,reason being we have to have our place checked regularly which is carried out keeping us informed if there is a problem . Our place is cleaned to a very high standard making it so nice to know that when we leave to go home and when we return we have to just relax as all the work and any problems are dealt with. If you are looking for a property management use this you will get a very good trust worthy service .

I have been meaning to email you about some feedback but have been so busy the last week or two I haven’t got round to it. We have had really positive feedback from all of our guests who have stayed since you took on our apartment. In fact we haven’t asked any of them for feedback about you, they have all mentioned how great you have both been. Very helpful, always got in touch quickly or came out quickly. Steve emailed me when he got home and said ‘by the way Jo your keyholders were great! Thought I’d let you know’.

We unfortunately were affected by the storm and our new ground floor apartment is badly affected. We are so pleased we signed up with David and Susan Hodgins at Happyplacespain they have gone above and beyond our expectations as Keyholders and we cant thank them enough for all they are doing to help us. Unfortunately as I am wheelchair dependent we had to return to the U.K. otherwise we would have remained at La Torre and assisted with the clean up. Thank you Dave and Susan.

Andy Kay I would 100% recommend these guys. They have been brilliant in helping me get to my dreams of having in sun. I bought a house on La Torre and without Susan and Davids help I would be no where near where I am now. More importantly they are two of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting ... anywhere !!!!!

I want to thank Happy Place.....they really do go ‘the extra mile’: nothing ever seems too much for them, as they patiently guide me through this ‘new world’ for me that is La Torre.......my purchase of a Sabina Villa completed mid August; it’s such a steep but exciting learning curve for me as I prepare our new home as our family’s retreat and an element of rental time. Our planet’s Covid crisis has thrown many curve balls into the equation (as I know it has for so many!).....regardless of this, the personal nature of Happy Place’s service has been so welcoming, such invaluable guidance in an empathetic way. They have been ‘one step ahead’ in explanations, recommendations and quietly working in their very thorough way
