- We hold Professional Liability Insurance so that in the unlikely event that any client make a significant loss or injury as a result of our negligence in activities on your behalf, their recourse will be against our insurers. 

N.B. You should still have Civil Liability insurance in your own property insurance policy to protect yourself  in the event they had an injury or loss that was not our fault. 

- a family who have owned a property on La Torre Golf for 16 years and have employed property managers, we know the business from your side

WE OFFER:

In 2025 we offer 3 options:

- FORTNIGHTLY INSPECTIONS. 

- MONTHLY INSPECTIONS 

Either of the above are suitable for your own use or occasional use by family & friends, depending on how frequently you wish to have the property checked.

- QUARTERLY INSPECTIONS

You are likely to be fortunate enough to spend a lot of time at your property and only need someone on hand and occasional inspections. 

On all contract we are happy to provide  a range of cleans for our clients.

Please note that whilst we are happy to assist you with use of your property by family or friends, we do not provide service for commercially rented properties, whether licenced nor unlicenced.

COMMUNICATION PROMISE:

-  a guarantee to respond to all communications from you before 9PM on the same day (after 9PM - asap next day)

-keeping top class quality, by limiting client numbers, will guarantee meeting all our commitments & all your needs.

WE HOLD YOUR KEYS AND MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY, BUT WHAT EXACTLY DO WE OFFER?

- fortnightly, monthly or quarterly inspections - according to contract.

- laundry 

- welcome packs available

- emergency call outs 

- provide access to anyone authorised by owners

- unfortunately the cost of providing our PO BOX and it's lack of use due to difficulty post BRexit means it is no longer available. However I am happy to arrange delivery of items of up to 20Kgs to my own property, by prior arrangement only.
